- Returned items must be in original and unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Certain items, such as opened software or perishable goods, may not be eligible for return.
Return Process

We will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item.

Please pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible.

Ship the returned item to the following address:

Please include the RAN number on the return package.

We are not responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

- Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
Exceptions
